Pengamatan pembesaran ikan kerapu serranidae dan kondisi perairan pesisir Teluk Kodek Desa,Malaka Lombok Barat
Abstract
The study of barramundi cod (Cromileptes altivelis) and flowery cod (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) of rearing was carried out at December 2004 to Jun 2005 in the coastal waters Kodek Bay Malaka Village West Lombok. The aim of this study are knew in growth rate of barramundi cod, flowery cod and the condition waters to support as, namely temperature, salinity, transparency, phosphate, nitrite, dissolved oxygen, pH and current velocity. There was significant difference in growth rate of groupers during observation (X2 count. = 24.294 dan X2 a 0.05 = 22.362 or X2 count > X2 a 0.05), but not in length growth rate (X2 count = 0.243 and X2 a 0.05 = 22.362 or X2 count < X2 a 0.05). The waters condition average, such as temperature varied between 27.0 -30.0 °C, salinity between 30.0 - 34 0/oo, dissolved oxygen between 6.1 - 7.4 ml/1, transparancy between 4 - 13 m, current velocity between 0.044 - 0.089 m/sec. and pH between 8.3 - 8.7. Then nutrient phosphate varied between 0.087 - 0.189 ug.at/1 and nitrite between 3.112 - 5.789 ug.at/1.
