      Abstract
      The research focuses on the correlation between marketing communications with visitors behavior. Research methods employed a survey explanatory. Data analyzed by a quantitative approach. Respondents amounted 100 persons, were chosen by accidental sampling. Method research objectives were 1) identifying characteristics of visitors Agrotourism Bogor Botanical Gardens, 2) analyzing the correlation between characteristics of visitors with visitors behavior of Agrotourism Bogor Botanical Gardens, and 3) analyzing the correlation between implementation of marketing communication swith visitors behavior of Agrotourism Bogor Botanical Gardens. Research result concluded that characteristic of visitors not cultively correlated to visitors behavior of Agrotourism Bogor Botanical Garden and marketing communications implementated correlating with the behavior of visitors.
       
      Potensi agrowisata Kebun Raya Bogor yang sangat tinggi belum sepenuhnya dikembangkan dan dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Kegiatan promosi yang efektif dalam usaha agrowisata ini, dipandang mampu mempengaruhi ketertarikan pengunjung untuk berkunjung serta mempertahankan pengunjung yang telah ada, agar mau berkunjung kembali. Komunikasi pemasaran juga dapat menciptakan citra positif di mata para calon pengunjung, serta dapat mengembangkan usaha agrowisatanya. Penelitan ini dilakukan di Kebun Raya Bogor di Jalan Ir. H. Juanda No.13 Kota Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive (sengaja). Waktu penelitian dilakukan selama satu bulan yaitu pada bulan April sampai bulan Mei 2011. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik pengunjung agrowisata Kebun Raya Bogor, menganalisis hubungan karakteristik pengunjung dengan perilaku pengunjung ke agrowisata Kebun Raya Bogor, dan menganalisis hubungan pelaksanaan komunikasi pemasaran dengan perilaku pengunjung agrowisata Kebun Raya Bogor
