Analisis visual terhadap keberadaan reklame pada lanskap jalur wisata puncak kabupaten Bogor
Abstract
The research was conducted in January to July 2010 in the Puncak tourism route Cisarua District, Bogor Regency. The study was focused on a kilometer by kilometer +83 to +93 from the direction of Jakarta. Location of research was focused on these areas because the area is the most in demand to install advertisement board due to the most beautiful mountainous scenery and most attract tourist. The purpose of this study were: 1) to identify the landscape character of the Puncak tourism route, 2) to analyze the aesthetic qualities of landscape due the appearance of advertisment board at Puncak tourism route, 3) to analyze the relationship between landscape aesthetic quality and the landscape character of the Puncak tourism route, and 4) to propose recomendation to regulate advertisement board installation in Puncak tourism route. The data collection obtained through survey method and making the photographs of the character of existing landscape. Data processing using the method of the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) and Semantic Differential (SD). The results of this research showed that landscape aesthetic quality of the Puncak tourism route influenced by the installation of billboard and other elements i.e street vendors, building, etc. Some alternatives solutions to maintain and protect the aesthetic quality of natural scenery of Puncak tourism route were recommended, i.e: 1) regulating size and colour of billboards which installed, 2) protecting natural scenery with sight zone system, and 3) planning to localize billboards and street vendors.
