Abstract

Land reform by leverage is an action to make justice in agrarian structure that source ffrom the society's initiative. An action to reclaim land plantation in Dangiang Local Peasant Organization is one of case execution of land reform by average. Research about the impact of land reform by leverage to the society's tenurial security is a research that use qualitative and quantitative approaches.
