Pengaruh penguasaan lahan terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat (kasus: kampung Cijengkol, desa Cigudeg, kecamatan Cigudeg, kabupaten Bogor, provinsi Jawa Barat)

Abstract

Land is the most important, high value, and become the source of life and the place of the all human activities. Every human activity needs a certain space located above the ground. Availability of land from time to time are relatively fixed, but the human needs for the the soil have increased time by time. The growing population pressure led to the need for land is increasing. However, the actual problems of land tenure is seen as a problem concern of social relations, economics, and politics which is associated with wealth, income, economic opportunity, social status and political domination among human. Therefore, this study is about how the influence of tenure to the socio-economic conditions of villagers. The purpose of this study was to determine, identify and analyze 1) the factors that affect land tenure, 2) relationship factors to the land tenure’s level, and 3) the influence of tenure to socio-economic conditions of the villagers. This study used qualitativef approach supported by quantitative approache by using kuesioner, observation in the field and in-depth interviews. The results of this study are 1) there are factors that influenced the acquisition of land in Kampung Cijengkol which is the system of inheritance and a lack of capital, 2) there is a relationship between factors that affect the tenure mastery of the land in Kampung Cijengkol, and 3) there is a relationship mastery level on the socioeconomic conditions of land which is seen from the land that affect the level of income, education level and ownership of assets and capital.
