STUDI PENGEMBANCAN AGROINDUSTRI MINYAK PALA (NUTMEG OIL) DI KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstract

District of Bogor is a region in West Java which produces a lot of nutmeg In 2002. area of nutmeg crop in District of Bogor was 547.5 ha with nutmeg production level reached 100.05 ton. There ore many industries or distilliers or nutmeg oil in District of Bogor. Mostly, those distillations ore small scale or home industry which still used simple technology in distillations process. The purpose of this research is to determine and recommend the correct pattern of development strategy and conduct nutmeg oil agroindustry financial suitability analysis in district d Bogor. Planning of this nutmeg oil agroindustry development is designed with technique of analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Pursuant to expert opinion gathers, the strategy that assessed most precise and get highest value isstrategy of more intensive construction by government to all nutmeg farmer and nutmeg oil entrepreneur with value of 0 372. Second priority strategy, with value d 0 336. is organizational management application strategy and the good legal aspect to nutmeg oil company, while last strategy is wide improvement d nutmeg crop area with value of 0.293. From investment criteria calculation result. hIPV shows positive value equal to Rp. 596 639 454.-.
