Abstract

The government declared a program which known as Corporate Farming to Increase the income of tea far men with small land This program is dealed to collect resources or farmer (land money, and marketing) and then manage by profesional managerial. This research explain the factors that caused the tea farmers in Kabupaten Garut dan Cianjur wants to join the Corporate Farming. Logistic regression analysis is a method in statistics that able to answer the problem. The data taken from Central Research Tea and Kinine Gambling, Bandung. Two Factors that significant are level of education and organization status. More higher level of education, the more higher agreement to join with Corporate Farming The higher organization status, the higher agreement to join with Corporate Farming
