Pengaruh BAP pada perbanyakan in vitro subkultur III terhadap keragaan vegetatif tanaman nenas CV. Queen di lapang

Abstract

The objective of this research was to elucidate the effect of several of BAP concentration at subcultur 111 iiz vitro propagation on vegetative performance of pineapple cv. Queen in the field. This research was conducted in Tropical Fruits Research Station (PKBT), at Tajur, Bogor from March to Dece~llbe2r 004. The research was arranged by Randomized Complete Group Design with one factor. The BAP concentration as a factor with various levels that is 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 mgll. Each treatment was consisting of 6 replications, containing 30 plants per plot. The observation was conducted two month after planting every two weeks, consist 8 variables of number of leaf, plant height, leaf length, leaf width, coronet diameter, leaf color, number of off type, number of suckers. The number of stomata were exanlined once at the last observation. Obtained data were statistically analyzed using SAS program version six and the means were coinpared using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) proced~urea t 5% level of significance. The analysis of variance showed that BAP concentration on in vitro propagation were not significant on variable number of leaf, plant height, leaf length, leaf width, coronet diameter, number of suckers and number of stomata.
