Abstract

The objectives of this research was to determine the effect of arbuscula mycorrhiza (AM) fungi and activated compost on Melia azedarach seedling grown on tailing media without sterilisation. Three factors complete randomised experimental design was conducted under green house conditions and DMR Test was used to analyse of the effect of tailing, compost and kinds of AM treatment. Percent of AM colonization, spore number, plant growth and nutrient uptake were measured in this experiment
