Model Hubungan Modal Sosial, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Kepercayaan di PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

The aims of the research are to analyze the influence of social capital to OCB and the influence of trust as a moderator in the relationship between social capital and OCB in PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Bogor. The research method used was survey by distributing questionnaires to 225 employees, but it was only 214 questionnaires received. The data analysis used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result conclude that social capital has a significant influence on OCB. This research also found that trust is a significant moderator in the relationship between social capital and OCB.
