      Abstract
      The objective of this research was to elucidate the effect of Cytokinin (BA and TDZ) and Auxin (NAA) as growth regulators in shoot multiplication capacity of pineapple (Ananas comosus (L) Merr.) cv. Smooth Cayenne. This research was conducted in tissues culture laboratory at Tropical Fruits Study Center, IPB, Baranangsiang, Bogor, since October 2005 until May 2006.
