Abstract

Nowadays, along with the improvement of technology and the demand of time, computer usage in performing fast computation, attracts many groups of people. Face recognition is a quite interesting area, which is commonly use on the security system or other applications that require face recognition as a feature. Face recognition implemented as computer system becomes necessary to accommodate human limitations in computation and availability. This research using Fourier transform and Euclidean distance as the recognition function. Face recognition held with and without noise. Noise that being used is Gaussian noise.
