Pengaruh Jenis Kelamin Terhadap Lama Rekondisi Domba Ekor Gemuk yang diberi Ransum komplit

Abstract

The main purpose of this research was to know the right time to reach of recondition and influence of recondition at different sex of fat tailed sheep with variables such as daily body weight gain, feed consumption and feed conservasion. These lambs feed by giving complete feed which is always available. This research was carried out in Mitra Tani Farm, Tegalwaru Ciampea Bogor for 4 weeks. Five males and five females fat tailed sheep aged more or less than 1 year with average body of 19,8 kg-23,8 kg. In this research Randomized Complete was used. The lambs were housed in individual pen. The result shows that various sex did not influence on the time of recondition, daily body weight gain, feed consumption and feed conversion (P>0.05) during recondition happened. Male fat tailed sheep got recondition at the 21 st day while female fat tailed sheep got recondition at the 25 th day
