Persepsi ibu rumah tangga terhadap program berita TV tentang isu bakteri E. Sakazakii dalam susu formula dan citra IPB (Kasus Desa Cimanggu I, Kecamatan Cibungbulang, Kabupaten Bogor)

Abstract

This research focused on Housewife Perception of Television News Program about E. sakazakii Issue in Formula Milk and IPB’s Image (Case Cimanggu I Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency). This research has been conducted by using quantitative and qualitative method at Cimanggu I Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency on April-May 2011. The Respondents in this research were a housewife who lives in Cimanggu I village and already watched television news program about E. sakazakii issue on formula milk. The total respondents are 46 persons. Respondent was chosen by using judgement sampling. The goal of this research are 1) Knowing housewife perception of television news program about E. sakazakii issue in formula milk. 2) Knowing housewife perception of IPB’s image as a result of E. sakazakii issue in formula milk on television news. 3) Analysing the individual factors, social and environmental influences, television exposure that correlated with a housewife perception of television news program about E. sakazakii issue. 4) Analysing the correlation between a housewife perception of television news program about E. sakazakii issue and a housewife perception of IPB’s image as a result of E. sakazakii issue in formula milk on television news. Based on research result, from individual factors, social and environment influences also television exposure have no tangible connection with a housewife perception of television news program about E. sakazakii issue in formula milk and IPB’s image. There’s also no tangible correlation between a housewife perception of television news program about E. sakazakii issue and a housewife perception of IPB’s image as a result of E. sakazakii issue in formula milk on television news.
