Blue stain sebagai perusak warna kayu pinus (Pinus merkusii Jungh et de Vriese)

Abstract

Pine wood has many uses for a variety of people's needs, but the wood is commonly prone to be affected by the blue stain. This has caused discoloring and damage to the wood cells. For this reason, a study was conducted to determine the fungal species of blue stain attacking the pine wood, spore spreading agent, its characteristics of growth and development, and the effect of attack on physical and mechanical properties of the wood.
