Analisis efisiensi produksi usaha ternak ayam buras ramah lingkungan (studi kasus di peternakan P4S Eka Jaya, Jakarta Selatan)

Abstract

The aims of this research were: 1) to identify the environmentally-friendly native chickens breeding management, 2) to analyze the production efficiency of environmentally-friendly native chickens based on feed consumption and weight, and 3) to determine the income over feed and chick cost. This research held on February 20th until May 20th, 2006 at P4S Eka Jaya Farm using case study design.
