Abstract

The aim of this research are to determine lobour's effusing, labour's productivity and strategy to increase labours productivity in CV. Cisarua Integrated Farming (CIF). This research was held on February until Maret 2007 using case study method. Unit dairy farm labours in CV. CIF consist of stable labours, grass chopper abours and cleaning labours on stable cow.
