Studi ukuran tubuh kerbau (Bubalus bubalis) di beberapa wilayah di kabupaten Lebak, provinsi Banten

Abstract

The huge number of buffalo population in Lebak district, province of Banten is promizing to be developed, especially to support meat sustainability program Buffalo in Lebak district produce 85,5% of meat. Buffalo also important as source of draught power and manure as fertilizer. Unfortunally, this potential animal has not been utilized optimally. Limited information about characteristics and management of nourhising contribute to the condition. This study was conducted in order to fill the need of that information.
