Abstract
The general objective of this study apperentice in PT Aerowisata Catering Service was to know about the real life in a certain Industri, had skill observation, analysis, and solving problems skill in industry based on scientific knowledge. The specific effective was to study, identification, analysis, and find out how to solve the problem about quality control of milk and pudding product based on SSOP.
