Sifat fisik dan organoleptik daging squab burung merpati homer dan burung merpati lokal pada jenis kelamin yang berbeda

Abstract

This research was conducted to study the physical caracteristic and organoleptic of Homer and Local pigeon squab meat in different sex. The results of the experiment showed that there was no irteraction in strain and sex on all variables. The slaughter weight of the Homer pigeon squab was 376.41e44.368 higher than Local pigzon squab was 330.96f40.27g. The slaughter weight male pigeon squab was 385.88e39.69g higher than female pigeon squab was 321.50rt28.76. The carcass percentage of Homer pigeon squab was 56.99+4.40% lower than Local pigeon squab was 62.23+7.99'%. The carcass percentage male and female pigeon squab between 56.33+5.09% and 66.91*7.03%.
