Analisis sistem pemasaran ayam ras pedaging produk sunan kudus farm di Kecamatan Ciampea Kabupaten Bogor
Abstract
Research aims are: 1) to know the pattern of marketing channel broiler chicken, 2) to know the market structure, conduct, and performance and the marketing functions of each marketing institute, 3) to analyze the marketing cost and marketing margin of each marketing channel, and 4) to know the most efficient of marketing channel based on marketing margin and producer's share. The research was conducted on July until August 2005 using primary and secondary data Taking over respondent of the marketing channels by snowball sampling m&od. Data were analyzed by qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis.
