Pengaruh pemberian zeolit dalam ransum terhadap performans mencit (Mus musculus) lepas sapih

Abstract

Zeolite is one kind of mining commodity that is using in feed. Zeolite is used as molecule filter and ion exchange, because of this reason, the using of zeolite until certain level will increase the protein efficiency and decrease cost efficiency. Material that used in this research are 24 post weaning each for male and female mice (~Mus musculus). The research used the Completely Randomized Design in 4 x 2 factorial experiment with three repetitions. The main purpose of this research is knowing the effect of zeolite levels (0, 3, 6, dan 9% on feed) in performans of mice (Mus musculus) post-weaning, by looking dry matter consumption of feed, protein consumption, daily weight gain, feed conversion, water and protein content of feces. The data was analized by ANOVA, if there was an interaction significant, then it was analyzed with BNT.
