Abstract
Effervescent tabletss of sinbiotic yoghurt made from goat milk is a beverage product that gives sparkling effect. This product is highly acceptable by consumers because it is simple and easy to serve. The aim of this research was to study physical properties (uniformity of weight, tablets hardness, tablets friability, uniformity of size, and solusibility time) and microbiological quality (total plate count, lactic acid bacteria L. acidophilus, B. longum, yeast and mold, and coliform) of effervescent tablets made from sinbiotic yogurt.
