Abstract

Effectivity of group as an influence activity communication in the group. The aims of this research are (1) to identified the factors that associated with activity communication (2) to study activity communication, (3) to know the connection betweem intend factors, dairy farm factors, group factm and an environment factors with activity communication This research was conducted on April 2006 at Vdlage Kebon Pedes, Bogor.The research populations are 28 breeder dairy cattle in 'Terpencar" group. Method was using sensus with correlational descriptif method to descript connection factors with activity communication Data analyzes with SPSS 11.5 program for windows with Rank Spearman, Tub- Kendall and Chi-Square correlations test The result show that form education that correlated with interpersonal communication and participation at strong correlated. Norm that correlated with interpersonal communication at low correlated. Group aims that correlated with medium communication at low correlated. Subsidy government that correlated with participation at strong enough correlated. Policy government that correlated with medium communication at low correlated.
