Efisiensi usaha dan kesejahteraan peternak ayam ras pedaging pola inti plasma dan kerjasama operasional agribisnis (kasus pada peternak inti plasma di Kecamatan Cibungbulang dan KOA di Kecamatan Ciseeng Kabupaten Bogor)

Abstract

Limited resource made the farming bussiness has to run efficiently so that maximum profit can be achieved. This research aims were: 1) to know the management/technology and efficiency level of 'Inti Plasma' and 'KOA' farming System in Sub District of Bogor, 2) to analyze the welfare level of workers in 'Inti Plasma' and 'KOA' farming system. This research is conducted in District of Cibungbulang and Ciseeng in July 2005 and used 15 "Inti-Plasma" and "KOA" contract farming as a sample. Efficiency analysis consisted of Income, Break Even Point, and RfC ratio. Technical Efficiency assessed by Feed Conversion, mortality, worker and housing utility, feed conversion, mortality rate and also Broiler Index. The Incremental Net B-C analysis used to see the advantage one of the Partnership Business System. The welfare level can be analyzed using Poverty Line approach (BPS, 2005) and welfare level consisted of Pre-Welfare, Welfare I, 11, 111, and plus I11 (BKKBN, 1996). The better technical efficiency can be found in 'Inti Plasma' farm system evenhough 'KOA' farm system economically more profitable. Farm income contribution have not make the worker family out from poverty and, generally, the welfare level of worker family in Welfare Icondition. Keywords: Efficiency, Welfare, Contract Farming
