Abstract

An apiary needs the best strategy to be developed. The decisin was made to find the best alternative strategy due to internal and external farming factors. The aim offers research were: (1) to identify and analyze internal environment factor which can influence development of Sari Bunga apiary (2) to identify and analyze external environment factors which can influence development of Sari Bunga apiary and (3) to formulate the suitable development effort strategy so that strength and opportunity can be fully optimalized.
