Analisis penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu di PT. Madu Pramuka Cibubur Jakarta Timur
Abstract
Free trade makes companies have to compete with others to satisfy their customer. One of the system which have to applicate to get the customer satisfaction is Total Quality Management (TQM). The objectives of this research were : (1) learning the implementation of TQM, (2) identifying the problems and the causal factors which are dealed with, (3) identifying the working of TQM. The research was carried hut from March to May 2006 in PT Madu Pramuka. Analytical Hierarchy Process (Am) is used in data processing. The results of this research are showed in three points. First, the TQM implementation in company was not perfect enough, there were still the TQM elements which were not working in company such as training and educating program for labor. Second, the most important problem was the quality of raw material (honey) which were still under the standart value. The causal factor of this problem was there were no complete honey quality qontrol because of unavailable tools. This problem involve the company management. The last, the working of TQM were not sufficient because there were some divisions which were not working effective and efficiently. Director as policy taker get the priority position in working of TQM. Keywords : TOM, honey qzrality, AHP.
