Abstract

The application of quality control in natural silk fabric production is very important. It is needed to produce the highest quality of natural silk woven cloth that satisfied the consumer. PD Sutera Alam Soleh (PD SAS) is one of the natural silk manufacturer that has been applied a simple management quality control. This research aims were (1) to study the quality control which was appplied by the PD SAS, (2) to analyze what were the factors that influence silk woven cloth quality, (3) to know wether the production process was under control or not.
