Pengaruh pemberian ampas kunyit (Curcuma ransum) dalam ransum terhadap performa produksi, respon imun dan kadar kolesterol plasma darah mencit putih (Mus musculus)

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of tumeric waste (Curcuma domestica) in mice diet (Mus musculus) to evaluate performance production (feed consumption, average daily gain and feed conversion), immune response (amount of leucocyte, lymphocyte and neuthil concentration), and cholesterol and trygltcerida concentration in blood plasma. Fourty eight of mices four weeks old (24 male and 24 female) were used in this reserach using different levels of Curcuma domestica waste in the ration.
