Abstract
The aim of this research were: (1) to know marketing mix and customer;s judgement of marketing mix in Obonk Steak & Ribs Bogor, (2) to identify internal and external environmental factor which effect the progress of Obonk Steak & Ribs Bogor. This reserach was held on 1 March until 1 April 2007.
