Abstract
The objectves of this research is to identify the characteristic of custumer dining at Ayam goreng Fatmawtati restaurant, Salak hotel Bogor, and to analyze the level of suitability between importance of Ayam Goreng Fatmawati Restaurant, Slak hotel Bogor. This reserach was ocated in Ayam Goreng Fatmawati Restaurant, Salak Hotel Bogor where prime data from April 2007 to May 2007. The design of this research was a case study research using descriptive method and importance performance Analysis analyze device.
