Abstract
Changing habit in society consuming and maintaining pattern of eating has induced developoment of technology to keep food quality and food safety. Awareness off consuming healthy food is closely related to the process of food production which has to be safe, healthy, intact and halal (ASUH). These are not regardless to material way of quality control program includeed in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
