Abstract
Honey is one of honey bee product, which can be used as a coating agent for french fries (Huang, 2006). French Fries product was familiar and available as a ready cooked product in market, but in contain a high level of saturated fatty acid, which harmful to health. French fries coated by honey in batter solution before it is fried, can reduced fat contain of the product.
