Analisis kelayakan finansial pengembangan usaha peternakan ayam broiler sunan kudus farm kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat (studi kasus di lokasi Jasinga farm kecamatan Jasinga, Bogor)

Abstract

The aim of this research were: (1) to describe broiler farm management, (2) to identify components of production cost, (3) to identify components of revenue, (4) to analyze feasibility and sensitivity condition based on financial analysis of Sunan Kudus Farm (SKF) in Jasinga farm. This study held on December 2006 until Januari 2007 at Sunan Kudus Farm in Jasinga Farm Bogor Regency, Jawa Barat. The analysis include Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and sensitivity analysis.
