Inhibisi ekstrak air dan etanol sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata [Burm.f.] Nees) terhadap aktivitas tirosin kinase

Abstract

Tyrosine kinase is one of the cancer growth's triggers. An over activity of this enzyme caused by mutation will cause an uncontrotlabIe cell growth. Sambiloto (A. paniculata [Bm.f.] Nees) is a plant traditionally used as a herbal medicine. This plant contains andrographofide compound which has potency as an anticancer. This research investigated the inhibition of plant extract towards tyrosine kinase activity using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique and the result was compared with genistein (positive control).
