Currently, university’s website is not only as university representation in internet but also as information and knowledge spreading media. University’s activity through website may reflects its quality whether good or not. A research group, Cybermetric Lab, trying to rank universities arround the world by using bibliometric and informetric approach. According to Webometrics team, the ranking measured based on four indicators: size means amount of web pages that indexed by search engine, visibility is means amount of incoming links from another website, rich file means amount of rich content documents that is indexed by search engine, and scholar means amount of jounal or scientific-related document that is indexed by search engine. Webometric ranking published twice yearly, therefore created system that could detemine website ranking everyday. The system determines the ranking based on webometrics indicator that the value of each indicator taken everyday from Yahoo! Search, Google Search, Bing Search, Exalead Search, and Google Scholar. Each indicator has a weight, 50% for visibility, 25% for size, 15% for each rich file and scholar. System outputs are indicator values and the ranking as chart and data-table.
