Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Efektivitas Kelompok (Kasus: Kelompok Tani Mekarsari, Desa Purwasari, Kecamatan Dramaga, Kabupaten Bogor)

Abstract

Revitalization of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (RPPK) launched by President on June 11, 2005 is as one of the Triple Track Strategy of the United Indonesia Cabinet in order to reduce poverty and unemployment and improving national economic competitiveness and preserving the resources of agriculture, fisheries , and forestry. Effective farmer groups to support the achievement of one of the Revitalization of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. Appropriate leadership style in carrying out group activities support the achievement of the effectiveness of farmer groups. The purpose of this study is to describe the chairman's leadership style, identifying the factors that drive leadership style chair, analyzing the effectiveness of the group, and analyze the relationship with the chairman's leadership style effectiveness Mekarsari Farmers Group, Village Purwasari, Dramaga Subdistrict, Bogor Regency. The research was conducted in farmer groups located in the Village Mekarsari Purwasari, Dramaga district, Bogor regency. From this research can be seen that there is a relationship between individual factors with the leader's leadership style. It is also known there is a relationship between factor group with the leadership style of the group leader. In this study also can be seen that there is a relationship between leadership style group heads to the achievement of the group effectiveness.
