      Abstract
Duck meat is potential as protein source, but the off-odor of it restricted the consumption of this meat. Antioxidant could decrease the odor, but the effect of it on the influence of the percentage of carcass, breast, thigh and abdominal fat must be evaluated. Beluntas leaves, vitamin C and vitamin E can be used as antioxidant. The objective of this research was to know the effect feeding beluntas leaf meal, combination of beluntas leaf meal + vitamin C, an the combination of beluntas leaf meal + vitamin E addition on carcass percentage, breast, thigh and abdominal fat. This research used 96 alabio ducks. The ducks were reared from DOD up to 10 weeks. The diet treatments were control diet (K); comercial diet + beluntas leaf meal 0.5% (KB); comercial diet + beluntas leaf meal 0.5% + vitamins C 250 mg/kg (KBC); comercial diet + beluntas leaf meal 0.5% + vitamin E 400 IU (KBE). The data were analysed using ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), and any significant diferrence was further analysed using Duncan Multiple Range Test. The results showed that feeding beluntas leaf meal 0.5%, beluntas leaf meal 0.5 % and vitamin C 250 mg, and beluntas leaf meal 0.5% and 400 IU did not affect the carcass percentage, breast, thigh and abdominal fat of male alabio duck.
