Kondisi dan potensi pengembangan kepelabuhanan perikanan di Kabupaten Subang

Abstract

The condition of fishing port facilities related to its number availability and the facilities management had an effect on the outcome. This research aims to analyze the condition of facilities and activities, to know the production of fishing catch and supply trip, and to determine fishing port that potentially to develop. This research used literature study method, descriptive analysis, group, and scoring technique to analyze data. Pursuant to research result known that the condition of fishing port facility in district Subang was far from proper. So that required some effort to make the facilities proper. Gas station, water tank, and ice factory were the facilities that need to repairing, maintenance and improvement in PPP Muara Ciasem, PPP Blanakan, PPI Patimban, and PPI Mayangan. The condition of landing activity, auction, and fish processing was good at district Subang fishing port nor the supply trip such as water, ice and fuel. Pursuant to the result of scoring technique showed that PPP Blanakan get 117 points. It means that PPP Blanakan get the first priority to develop and then PPI Mayangan was the second place with 72,7 points and the last place was PPI Patimban with 71,7 points.
