      Abstract
      Induksi mutasi UV dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mikroba dalam mendegradasi bahan pencemar. Hasil induksi mutasi UV diperoleh 36 mutan putatif dan dianalisis kemampuan degradasinya berdasarkan pertumbuhan koloni pada paperdisc dan berdasarkan penurunan konsentrasi benzena dalam media minimal.
