      Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Andrographis paniculata infusion to the percentage of differential leucocyte mice (Mus musculus) that was infected by Plasmodium berghei. This research used totally 30 mice such as male and female mice, the mice then completely randomized devided into 5 groups and was design using three replication. The five groups were 1) normal control group/KNO, 2) negative control group/KN, 3) SB1 group (A. paniculata infusion with dilutions of 1x10-2), 4) SB2 group (A. paniculata infusion with dilutions of 1x10-4), and 5) SB3 group (A. paniculata infusion with dilutions of 1x10-6). The result indicated that A. paniculata infusion in male mice had lower response compared to female mice. In female mice, A. paniculata group had a lower neutrophil counts compared to KN and male mice. In SB3 group of female mice, the lowest neutrophil percentage was found in day 4 after infection (22.67%). In SB2 group of male mice, the highest monocyte percentage was found in day 9 after infection (14%), the lymphocyte percentage in day 11 after infection (53.67%) while in SB3 group of female mice, the percentage of monocytes was the highest in day 11 after infection (13.67%) and the percentage of lymphocyte was the highest in day 9 after infection (60.00%). In A. paniculata group of male and female mice, no responses were found in the number of basophil.
