APKI is a gathering medium for coconut farmers to improve the farmers bargain position with the Installation for Increase the prosperity of farmers. This research can learnt by The Community of District Kahayan Kuala sector coconut farm became the first occupation. The farmers feel their income from coconut farm business get weak position of bargain. The problem faced by the farmers to develop their business are : The Human Resources are low, The Organization Management, The Technology Production are limited, The Use of Social Capital are not optimal. This research are to analyze the work of APKI in District Kahayan Kuala give describing potention and the problem are faced give evaluative describe to the development program make strong the capacity istitution of APKI through arranged program to strong the human resources technology and social capital. This thing is a Qualitative Research.
