| dc.description.abstract | The limited of agricultural human capital and social capital capacity are the causes of limited ability of accessing Indonesian agricultural to face the global competition. The low farmer education level causing limited farmers capacity in information management and technology adoption resulting the low product quality. At the extension level, these problems are limited extension workers availability in quantities and qualities. Besides the low of basic capability, the most of extension workers do not hae adequate mental capacity, especially related to integrity, communication skills, morally and ethic capacity. At the policy makers level, still many areas which the institutions hae not yet mapping of agriculture resource in area comprehensively and have careful in making its exploiting concept. Besides owning high technical ability, agriculture human resource as being capital and social resource also have a quality of adequate mentally and spiritual, and also have share values, rules, personal relationships, trust, and common sense about community responsibilities. To be agricultural sector gain strength in supporting national development, agricultural sector need an appropriate communication pattern for supporting the agricultural human resource improvement at each agricultural development level. Communication pattern that to improve the agricultural human and social capital base on the convergen-interractional communication pattern through knowledge sharing model. This model is appropriate to both human resource at agricultural staff and farmers level. Through information and communication technology (ICT) application and proactive role within various institutions in Ministri of Agriculture, effort to realize agriculture information network reach farmer storey level can be realized. | id |
