Identifikasi Gen Babi Melalui Runutan Klon cDNA Ovari

Abstract

An expriment was conducted to sequence porcine ovary full-length cDNA clone. Ten clones were sequenced and randomly selected for DNA homology. It showed high similarity to human Expression Sequence Tag (ESTs). The sequence of cDNA clones mactched were known as RABLY, AIlL6IP4, FBLNl, TUBAl, ATPSF1, GNAI2 and RFCS genes. Average full-length of sequence is about 700 bp, wheares homology percentage are 735%, 77.ryJ/o, 85.2"/0, 945°/0, 85.5%, 92.4% and 87.6% repectively.
