Abstract
LUISITA FILOSOFIANTI. City Spatial Policy and Agriculture Conversion. (Supervised by: Martua Sihaloho) There are four purposes in this research. The first is to know the role of land for farmers, local government, and private. The second is to know the formulas, principles, and objectives for spatial planning policies of Bogor City. The third is to know the aspects of spatial planning policies that provide opportunities for agriculture conversion in village Cibereum Sunting, Sub-district Mulyaharja. And the fourth is to know tendensa changes in land use as a form of agriculture conversion in village Cibereum Sunting, Sub-district Mulyaharja. This research take place in village Cibereum Sunting, Sub-district Mulyaharja, District Bogor South, Bogor City with focus on agricultural land have been converted. This research uses qualitative approach. This study has a specificity, which is trying to analyze the linkage between spatial planning policy and agriculture conversion. It is understood from the existence of a condition of limited lands and the increased need for land development along with various non-agricultural sectors such as service sector and industrial sector in an era of economic growth can put pressure on the agricultural sector. In addition, the potential for sources of agricultural land will not be used without the appropriate policy framework. Results from this research to unfolds the role of land for each of different social actors. The social actors who have an interest in land is the farmers, local government, and PT. “A”. In addition to achieve goals on the land, the local government make a city spatial planning which is reflected in the form RDTR/RTRW Bogor City. In the process found that there are various aspects that provide opportunities for agriculture conversion in the spatial planning policy at executive level and at the farmer level. This opportunity then exploited by the private sector and the impact for the function of land. Keywords: City Spatial Policy, Agriculture Conversion
