Dampak Pelaksanaan Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Terhadap Masyarakat Lokal

Abstract

ADJI SATRIO UTOMO. Impact of Implementation Program Corporate Social Responsibility PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk to Local Community (Supervised by: RILUS A. KINSENG). This research aims to investigate impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk to local Community. This research was conducted in Nambo Village, Subdistrict of Klapanunggal, Province of West Java. The subject of this research is the village government, local community, and the corporate. This study investigated kinds of CSR program, impacts of CSR progam, and factors that influence impacts of CSR program of PT. Indocement. The method of this research is using purposive sampling technique to decide the sample. In this research, one key informant and twenty respondents were interviewed. The conclusion of this research are impacts of CSR programs of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk influenced by internal factor (corporate perception about CSR, corporate motivation about CSR, CSR implementation strategy, and community development strategy) and external factor (characteristic, requirements, and community perception).
