      Abstract
      DATA PUTRA S. B04050439. The Effect of Ethanol Extract of Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome on Clinical Signs in Rabbit during the formed process of Mammary Neoplasm which Induced by Methyl-N-Nitrosourea. Under Recommendation of GUNANTI and RINI MADYASTUTI. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of ethanol extract Curcuma zedoaria on clinical signs in rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) during the formed process of mammary neoplasm which induced by Methyl-N-Nitrosourea. Nine rabbits were divided into three groups. First group was untreated which used as control group and also not Induced by Methyl-N-Nitrosourea, the second group was positive control which induced by Methyl-N-Nitrosourea 50 mikrogram/kg BW and gave curcumin 60 mg/kg BW treatment, the third group was induced by Methyl-N-Nitrosourea and treated with extract ethanol of Curcuma zedoaria rhizome 250 mg/kg BW each rabbit. The result showed that extract ethanol can keep the body temperature 39.23±0.59, heart rate 133±8.22 still in normal range in rabbit which induced by Methyl-N-Nitrosourea and given extract ethanol of Curcuma zedoaria rhizome and curcumin Key words : Curcuma zedoaria, Extract, Rabbit, Clinical Signs, Methyl-N-Nitrosourea
