Kualitas Air Tanah Dangkal Daerah Pemukiman Di Kabupaten Bekasi

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to know that the quality of water of the area is acceptable for drinking water 2) the effect of the dense of the populations and the soil types to the water quality. The results of this research are : 1). The quality of the most water resources is not good for dringking water, because it contents E. coli, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, sulfide, ferrum, mangan, organic matters, detergents and the pH is too low. 2). The quality of water in the area of alluvial soil is not significant to the quality of soil water of the area of dense population in the latosol soil.
