Starting from PELIT A VI, our development stage would enter the era of indutrialization, which would be based on strong agriculture. H the Industry supposed to be feasible in giving the value added to our farmers, the Industry should be In capacity to process our farmers prodUce. In the other hand our farmers should be able to deliver their Prc:lduce with high quality. As such, our farming system should be consolidated to reach their efficiency and their capability to supply the industry with the acceptable row material.
