Analisis keragaan morfologi dan kualitas buah populasi nenas (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) queen di empat desa kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Pineapple (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.) belongs to the Bromeliaceae, and it differentiated into five phenotypic groups, they are Cayenne, Queen, Spanish, Abacaxi and Maipure. Bogor Regency as one of pineapple producers in Indonesia, mainly produces Queen pineapple. The objective of the research is to study morphological performance and fruit quality of pineapple from Bogor Queen Pineapple population in four villages (Cipelang, Sukaharja, Tajur Halang and Sukaluyu). Sampling method was done based on Purposive Random Sampling Method from observed population which fulfil conditions.
